Kate co-founded Spankin Smellin Homes with her husband Shaun, combining her passion for helping people with a strong commitment to professional cleaning standards. As a qualified biohazard technician, Kate specialises in trauma, infection control and specialist decontamination services. She leads with compassion, discretion and attention to detail — understanding that many of the situations we attend are sensitive and often unexpected. Kate is dedicated to delivering safe, compliant and high-quality results while ensuring every client feels supported, respected and reassured throughout the process.

Shaun co-founded the business alongside Kate, bringing a strong work ethic and practical background to the team. After previously working as a lorry driver, Shaun made the decision to build a family-run business that prioritises both professionalism and personal service. As a qualified biohazard technician, Shaun specialises in hazardous waste handling, infection control procedures and property restoration following traumatic or high-risk incidents. Known for his calm approach and reliability, Shaun ensures every project is completed safely, discreetly and to the highest standards.

Tristan has been part of the family business for several years and is now a partner at Spankin Smellin Homes. Having grown with the company, he plays a key role in both specialist and commercial cleaning operations. As a qualified biohazard technician, Tristan is trained in trauma cleaning, infection control and hazardous waste procedures. He approaches every job with professionalism, focus and a strong commitment to safety and compliance. Reliable and hardworking, Tristan helps ensure each project is completed efficiently while maintaining the high standards our clients expect.

Jasmine supports the team on a part-time basis, assisting with domestic, holiday let and commercial cleaning projects. As part of the family-run business, she understands the high standards and values we uphold. Jasmine approaches each property with care, attention to detail and professionalism, helping ensure every space is left clean, fresh and ready for use. Her reliability and positive attitude make her a valued member of the team.

Elsie is a valued member of the cleaning team and takes real pride in making sure every space she works in is left spotless and ready for the people who use it. Reliable, hardworking and always happy to get stuck in, Elsie plays an important role in helping us deliver the high standards our clients expect. Whether it’s domestic, commercial or specialist cleaning, she approaches every job with care and attention to detail. She’s a great part of the team and someone our clients enjoy seeing when she’s on site.

Emily joined Spankin Smellin Homes in 2026 and quickly became a valued member of the team. Whether she’s assisting with holiday lets, deep cleans, end-of-tenancy work or specialist cleaning projects, Emily approaches every job with attention to detail and a positive attitude.
